Troubleshooting¶
Quick fixes for the most common issues. If none of these help, contact us.
I didn't get my confirmation / reset email¶
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you used the correct email address.
- On the confirmation screen you can resend the code.
- Reset emails and confirmation codes expire — request a fresh one if it's been a while.
I can't sign in¶
- Double-check your email and password (passwords are case-sensitive).
- Use Forgot password? to reset it.
- If you just signed up, make sure you've confirmed your email first.
My access code won't redeem¶
- Check for typos and extra spaces.
- Codes are one use per account and may expire.
- Redeem on the web app, under Account.
- Still stuck? Contact us with the code and we'll look into it.
The AI assistant is locked¶
- The AI assistant is a paid feature on the web. Unlock it or redeem a code — see Access codes & payments.
I don't see booking / AI chat on mobile¶
- That's expected — the mobile app focuses on the free features. Use the web app for booking and the AI assistant.
A confirmation email for my booking never arrived¶
- Check spam, and confirm your account email is correct under Managing your account.
- Your booking still shows on your dashboard even if the email is delayed.
Something looks broken¶
- Refresh the page (web) or restart the app (mobile).
- Make sure the app is up to date.
- If it persists, contact us and tell us what you were doing.
