Access codes & payments

ValiantFlow's paid features — the AI assistant (Petoto) and one-on-one expert sessions — can be unlocked by buying them or by redeeming an access code.

Redeeming an access code

If you've been given a code (for example, through a partner organisation):

1. Sign in on the web app.
2. Go to Account.
3. Enter your code in the access code box and choose Redeem.
4. Your access is applied immediately — you'll see it reflected on your account and dashboard.

One use per code

Each code can be redeemed once per account. If a code doesn't work, check for typos, or that it hasn't already been used or expired — then contact us.

Buying access

On the web app, open Pricing to see the available options and purchase securely. Once payment completes, your access is unlocked right away.

Purchasing is on the web

Purchases and code redemption are handled on the web app. The mobile app focuses on the free features.

Checking what you have

Your Account page and dashboard show your current access and, for the AI assistant, how much time remains. When access lapses you can renew or redeem a new code.
