Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your ValiantFlow account at any time, on both web and mobile.

This can't be undone

Deleting your account is permanent. Your chats, assessment, checklist, and personal details are erased. Records we're legally required to keep for accounting are anonymised (they can no longer be linked to you).

How to delete your account

1. Go to Account (Settings).
2. Find Delete account.
3. For your security, confirm your password — this protects your account from anyone else deleting it.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed and you're signed out.

What happens to your data

• Erased: your assessment answers, checklist, AI chat history, and profile details.
• Anonymised & kept: records that must remain for accounting/audit reasons, with any link to your identity removed.

Inactivity

If you stop using ValiantFlow for a long period, we'll email you a heads-up and then remove your data automatically after an extended period of inactivity, in line with our privacy policy.
