AI assistant (Petoto)

Petoto is ValiantFlow's private AI assistant. It gives you calm, step-by-step help for your situation, grounded in our library of digital-safety guides — and it can point you to the exact article for each step.

A paid feature (web)

The AI assistant is available on the web app with an active pass. See Access codes & payments to unlock it, or redeem an access code.

Using Petoto

1. Open AI Chat from the menu.
2. Type your question — for example, "How do I turn on two-factor authentication for my email?"
3. Petoto replies in plain language and links to relevant guides (sources) so you can go deeper.

Helpful to know

• Your conversations are saved so you can return to them. Open a past chat from the conversations list, or start a new one anytime.
• Reply language. Petoto can reply in English, Polish, or Spanish — pick your language with the selector in the chat.
• Discuss a checklist step. From your dashboard you can start a chat that's already set up around a specific action from your plan.
• Your messages are encrypted and private to your account.

Good to remember

• Petoto is a supportive guide, not an emergency service. If you're in danger, contact local emergency services.
• Never share passwords or full sensitive details in chat — Petoto will never ask for them.

How long do I have access?

An AI-chat pass is active for a set period (for example, 30 days). Your dashboard and the chat screen show how much time remains. When it lapses you can renew it — see Access codes & payments.
